Lakeshore Construction founder and CEO Tom Condie has the art of craftsmanship in his blood. He spent his childhood years learning from his father, a master shipwright, how to use tools and a commitment to perfection to create enduring, high quality works.

As years passed, Tom continued to pursue his passion and hone his skills as a carpenter. His fast-growing reputation for outstanding quality led to the development of Lakeshore Construction and a roster of international clients from Canada to the USA.

Tom firmly believes in the value of staying connected and directly accountable to his clients. He maintains a flat organization where he is easily reachable, without layers of project managers to wade through. Many of the trusted colleagues who were part of the original Lakeshore Construction team are still with Tom today.
