Classic semi-detached renovation

This art-deco-style property was originally one 9,000-square-foot home that was converted by its previous owners into six apartment units. The new owners wished to honour some of the property’s former glory by converting it to a semi-detached property (2 residences). The basement was excavated, the interior was completely gutted, a geothermal system and elevator were installed, and a matching exterior door was installed to provide continuity.
